Welcome to Day 1!!!
You are HERE!
This course is for you. Dedicated to you.
You are loved, you can love you, and you are purely love itself!
That's what we're getting to... through these self care rituals to bring you home.
It is exhilarating to feel a deep love inside yourself, and it is even more exciting to know that this feeling grows and grows and grows with each day living on Earth...
We can go on and on and on searching for unconditional love from out there: from our family, our friends, people out in the world- and we might find it, but truly- the only one to give it to ourselves in truth and forever is US! We are the ones we've been waiting for.
We can wait for approval and recognition from out there, or we can realize that there is NO time to waste, and start giving it to ourselves inside.
Loving yourself requires commitment.
It requires inquiry into self.
It requires your heart, your mind, your physical body, and your soul.
Each day, and with each ritual, you will become more self-aware, self-loving, and self-giving.
Each day, all you need to do is fully give, and then fully receive.
Today's ritual is a specific journal exercise for every morning and night for the duration of this course.
It's our first ritual in this course, because it's one of the ones I want you to, yes, use, every day for the next 28 days.
Can you say a big YES to that?
I know it can seem like a crazy commitment, but I assure you that this is the way.
Journaling is a way to LET IT OUT. It's a divine expression.
The more you are self-expressed, the more you are self-loving, self-caring, merging with who you truly are.

Paradigm Shifter:
Your self-care needs an intention.
Intentions drive everything we do. They drive us to be the best selves we can be.
Why do you need sexy self care? How will caring for yourself on this 28-day journey transform yourSelf and your life? What would life be like if you were so accepting, loving, and nourishing to your body and soul?
-- Would you be a better mom? Daughter? Friend? Lover?
-- Would you be able to show up in your career?
-- Would you be able to enjoy each moment more?
-- Would it give you permission to follow your dream?
How would you show up differently in life if you trusted FULLY, 100% that you were taking this self-care journey for a deep purpose? How would you show up differently to the course?
If you haven't been able to stick to nourishing your mind, body, and soul in the past- it may be because you didn't have a deep enough intention behind the journey.
Set an intention today and write in your journal what deep self care is going to enable you to do.
And then commit to it.
I think in our 2D reality, we think of commitment as being restricted, but it is quite the opposite. When working toward our highest self, commitment leads to freedom. Once committed action takes place, it frees up energy for all else to happen.
During this journey, you may hear me asking you to commit. And commit. And commit. Commit to your Self. Commit to your sexy self care. Commit to your desired feelings. Commit to your life.
Commitment is freedom!
