Redemption Oats (Overnight Gut-Healing Delight)
A bowl of peace. A spoonful of presence.
Ingredients
½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp flaxseed meal
1 cup non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, or oat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup (or date syrup)
Pinch of cinnamon
Optional: pinch of sea salt, a few drops of rose water
Toppings (morning of):
Sliced banana or berries
A dollop of coconut yogurt
Sprinkle of cacao nibs or crushed walnuts
Extra drizzle of maple love
Instructions
In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, seeds, milk, vanilla, maple, cinnamon.
Stir with intention.
Seal and let it rest overnight in the fridge…
like your body, it softens over time.
In the morning, top with fruit, crunch, and whatever makes you energized!
