Welcome to day 8!!!
Question, love....
You know when you get home from a long day and you're super hungry, so you just make anything thats in your fridge- really fast- and don't enjoy putting it together, and then eat quickly, and then feel heavy after yet still craving food?
This is because the setting was not ideal. You weren't in the right mindset to create nourishment for yourself in that situation.
You were most likely stressed, with lots going on in your mind, reaaaaaaaal hungry from not eating for hours, and anxious to get it over with.
Tonight, I want you to rock your relationship to your dinner meal by cooking in a super yummy setting....
Light candles, play music, make the kitchen a really inviting place.
Today, we're cooking in our undies... or at least something thats sexy to you!
I promise you it feels better than it sounds, and even if there is some resistance to it within you, try it out and see what happens.
(P.S. you don't have to be in your undies if you really don't want to (/if its not available to you)-- the point is to get into something that feels really nourishing and beautiful for you.
Generally, if you're already feeling your own sensuality first, you will create a nourishing experience with your food.
When you get home, shower, change, and lie on your bed with your hands over your heart or belly, and just breathe into your body for a minute, two, or 20...before even stepping foot in the kitchen.
You will create from a place of beauty and trust. Your hands will become magic beams, blessing the food with your feminine grace before you eat!
Helpful Reminders..
-- It's okay to feel vulnerable! In your vulnerability lies your power.
-- If it's too cold to cook in your undies or its not available to you, just cook in something that feels really sexy, elegant, or lovely to you!

Paradigm Shifter:
You don’t have to be perfect.
The anxiety produced in maintaining a perfect body or a perfect diet can be more damaging to the body than any imperfect foods we may eat.
Actually, it is.
NOBODY IS PERFECT. And yet, we all are.
Your body:
Enjoy it, play in it, have fun in it, and accentuate its pleasure by embodying it completely, NOW!
When you start playing in your body, moving your body, being naked with your body-- you start to honor where your body is in the now moment- the only moment that truly exists!
GET COMFY WITHIN, now!
You are the only body you have, now!
And while we are eating healthful and delicious food, moving in yoga, and sexy self-caring ourselves UP- we need to honor where we are TODAY.
Get sexy. In the kitchen. Tonight!
And, here's SOME SOCIAL MEDIA HOMEWORK:
-- Quit following girls and women on Instagram, Facebook, and in magazines etc. who accentuate a "perfect" body- one that you may never have. We're all different, unique, beauties. Looking at a tiny six-pack girl and feeling bad about yourself is NEVER helpful. Delete these accounts.
-- Add people on social media who are beautiful, share beautiful body-positive messages, and who may have curves or different body shapes. Create a new beautiful.
With super sexy self care and all my love,
Groovy Girl 🦋
