Have you already created ritual around journaling, sleeping, detoxing, and letting go in guided meditation? Four days in and we're already in a really powerful place.
Today is so exciting because I get to share with you one of my favorite recipes in the world, for a delicious acai bowl!
This meal is full of antioxidants, fiber, minerals, protein, healthy fat, and easily digested foods to help you feel energized and ready to take on the day.
Blended food in particular is extremely easy to digest because all the components are basically tied together and pre-chewed. Just make sure you don't sip it down TOO fast, because your body needs to recognize that there is actually food coming down! Your digestive enzymes that help digest food activate and release when you CHEW. That's why having smoothies in a bowl, thicker, are a great way to slow down, get present, enjoy, chew, and digest in ease.
I'm pretty sure I have one almost every day.

Helpful Reminders..
Simple Acai Bowl Ingredients
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1 acai pack
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup light or full fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Superfood-Enhanced Acai Bowl Ingredients
(play with your favorite superfoods - you don't need all of these!!!!)
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup fresh mango (or you can use 1 frozen banana or 1/4-1/2 avocado! Creaminess factor!)
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 handful filtered ice cubes
2 heaping tablespoons tocotrionols*
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca powder (energy!)
1 teaspoon Goji Joy Acai Powder (brain power!)
1 teaspoon moringa powder (clarity!)
1 tablespoon greens powder of choice
pinch of vanilla
pinch of salt
pinch of cardamom
a buch of cinnamon

Plant-powered recipe of the day:
Shaksouka
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoon tomato paste
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 clove, crushed
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes (including the juice)
8 large eggs
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped, for garnish
1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped for garnish
1 teaspoon Green Dream Superfood + Protein Blend
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5-8 minutes.
2. Add tomato paste and cook until it darkens slightly, about 2 minutes. Stir in cumin, garlic, paprika, and cayenne and cook for about 30 seconds. Add red peppers and tomatoes with juice. Simmer about 2 minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Using the back of a spoon, make 8 indentations in the tomato sauce and crack 1 egg into each. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake until the egg whites are set, but the yolks are still soft, about 5 minutes (cook about 7 minutes if you want the yolks to set).
4. Sprinkle with Green Dream, cilantro, and parsley to garnish.
