Welcome to Day 3!!!!!
Picking up the momentum here.
Remember: every day is so unique. Some days your ritual will take 5 minutes, sometimes 30.
The point is to have a wide variety, so that you can fit them in to your life no matter what comes up.
Today's ritual is a guided meditation all about body acceptance.
All you need to do is sit or lay down, turn it on, and let yourself go on a journey.
Guided meditation is the easiest way to get into a regular meditation practice.
I created this guided meditation to bring you home to yourself.
It's your chance to listen, relax, and let go.
No care in the world.
Nothing to do but be, and be open to truly allowing my words to come in and be realized from deep within.
It's a guided meditation for body acceptance.
To trust yourself. To love yourself. To let go of stress and really feel the depth of yourself.
Sure, you can eat well and move your body and do all sorts of rituals surrounding changing your body and mind, but in essence, we want you to feel good in your skin right NOW. There is no better time.
This guided meditation will help you drop in to yourself, let go of judgements from the outside world, and have you feeling new again.
This guided meditation will help you know a deeper truth about your body - one of love and light.
Listen to it when you have the space to lay down and let go.
Also: come back to it!!! You can listen to this meditation every single day, actually. Body Scan meditations specifically allow you to feel more at home in your body by bringing your awareness to your physical form.
Listen to the audio clip to unwind and come back home.

We really do have access to what we need when we need it. And Life really is out to help us. Case in point: summer cooling foods..

Paradigm Shifter:
You are exactly where you need to be.
Honor where you are this very moment.
Your journey is beautiful and however you made it right here and right now is perfect.
Take a breath and breathe that in!
What would it take for you to honor your journey and accept exactly where you are right now?
(Maybe even take a moment to journal that out!)
Even though you are growing so much, learning so much, caring so much, transforming so much-- this VERY moment is divine. Your body, your life, your situation, your feelings, your emotions.
Can you honor that?
Can you let go of how you wish it to be, and honor where you are right now?
Here's an exercise to love yourself for not loving the things you wish to change about yourself...
-- Create an affirmation that will support your life.
Example: "I love my body completely right now."
-- See how you truly respond inside to that statement.
Example: "Yuck! My thighs suck! My belly needs to be tighter. I should appreciate that my body is healthy. I feel tension in my neck and this isn't okay. It's hopeless, nothing will ever change."
-- Love yourself for feeling this way.
Example: "I love myself for feeling disgusted by my things. I love myself for thinking my belly needs to be tighter. I love myself for "shouldering" myself. I love myself for feeling tension in my neck. I love myself for feeling hopeless and thinking nothing will ever change."
YOU MAKE IT ALL OKAY.
For yourself.
Because it is.
With super sexy self care and all my love,
Groovy Girl
