Welcome to day 25!!!
This is a funny thing. . .
Usually when we don't feel comfortable within our own body, we are too comfortable within our own life.
We are... bored.
Living every day the same.
Our super comfortable paradigm of life causes a deeper uncomfortability within.
TODAY IS THE DAY to get out of your comfort zone.
This one is important, sister.
Within my own life, when I learned to leave my comfort zone, I started to feel the magic within my body and life. Things were new, and fresh, and radiant.
When I have coached clients in the same, radical shifts. Transformation. Growth. And thats what we all crave.
Leaving the comfort zone doesn't have to mean a solo journey across the world to Thailand (although I did do that...); it can be in every day acts.
Grab a piece of paper...
-- Draw a circle in the middle of the sheet.
-- Inside the circle, write COMFORT ZONE. Then write all of the things that come to mind.
-- On the outside, write all of the things that you WANT to do, but feel like are out of reach due to the comfort or box you have created around yourself.
Commit to do AT LEAST one of the things outside of your comfort zone today.
And then commit to do at least three the rest of this week.
GIVE THIS TO YOURSELF, MY GIRL!
Because truly, the comfort is not safe.
Getting out of your comfort zone can look like:::
-- Calling someone you haven't called in two years.
-- Forgiving a family member.
-- Going on a date.
-- Eating a fear food.
-- Traveling alone.
-- Getting on a paddle board.
-- Going to a pole class.
-- Training for a marathon.
-- Going to a party or gathering alone.
-- Jumping into an ice-cold lake.
-- Creating videos for YouTube.
-- Writing on a blog.
-- Dancing!
-- Exploring your sexuality.
-- Trying a new food.
-- Going to a different coffee shop to do work, changing things up a bit.
-- Becoming intimate with a partner.
There are endless ways to get out of your comfort zone!
The point is to do them!
How will you get out of your comfort zone today?
Plant-powered recipe of the day:

Mix together the eggs, vanilla, melted coconut oil and rice malt syrup in a smaller bowl.
Pour the wet mix into the dry and combine thoroughly.
Remove the little tips from the figs and chop the figs into small pieces. Stir through the muffin mix.
Spoon evenly into 6 muffin cases.
Chop the remaining two figs into thirds, squish them flat and sit on top of the muffins.
Bake for 15 minute. Using a skewer check the centre of the muffins. If it comes out wet continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Paradigm Shifter:
There is nothing more enlightening than switching things up.
Try something from a different angle. With different spice.
Wear a different pair of boots.
I promise you will notice more magic in your life unfolding when you do.
Someone once told me the story about a couple who had a fight every evening. The couple went to a therapist, and the therapist said, "Don't change anything. Keep fighting. But next time the fight starts, put on a hat." Literally, that's it.
The couple thought this was funky, but tried it. And guess what? They were able to laugh, they were able to learn something new about themSelves, and simply see the fight from a different angle.
Just that tiny small shift changes the chemical components in the brain to experience the situation in a new light. How cool.
Even the smallest shift tells the brain to expect something new, exciting; a different perspective.
So, switch things up today.
Leave the box of your comfort zone.
And experience the curious, child-like being that you truly are.
With super sexy self care and all my love,
Groovy Girl 🦋
