Welcome to day 20!!!
I wish you knew how powerful you really are.
I say this, because all of the answers you seek actually lie within.
That's why were going here today...
Today, you're going to learn how to do some reiki on yourself.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Let's go for high energy over here...!
Watch this SUPER SHORT video below and learn how powerful you really are and how to use reiki in your self care regime.
Useful Tips...
-- You can practice in the morning while lying down in bed, before going to sleep at night, at your work desk, or really- anywhere!
-- You can even practice on FOOD! Before you eat, it's sometimes super lovely to draw the life force energy into your hands and then infuse your plate with it! Gorgeous.

Paradigm Shifter:
It takes super-powered conscious awareness to fully receive. . .
To receive:
nutrients from food, love from a lover, the calmness from the ocean waves, a compliment, a massage, reiki energy, a shavsana peace.
The other day in the shower, it took me literally 5 minutes to snap in and really receive the steam, the comfort of the pounding water, the fragrance and bubbles of my coconut vanilla soap.
And it definitely took some time and consideration and surrender to receive the comment, "Oh I see you've gained weight. You look so much healthier and better and good now!" ...
If our intention is not to open and receive, the world feels a little less magical and our cup only gets half full.
Today, try to consciously receive each moment.
Rather than seeing, let each moment be FOR you.
A gift.
How will the day change?
What will you experience?
See if you can open enough to allow the fullness of the moment inside.
In your journal:
What would change in my life if I approached it from a place of receiving?
With super sexy self care and all my love,
Groovy Girl 🦋
