Welcome to day 19!!!
You should be well on your way to finding a deep nourishment within, fueling yourself and filling yourself up with YOURSELF.
Remember- I'm here to give you the tools in this course, you are here to give yourself the time, commitment, and self-study.
Now, we can love on ourselves all day, but there comes to be a point where we desperately need to SHARE whats going on within.
We need to speak our truth of who we are, what we believe in, whats going on inside, and so forth.
The truth shall set you free! Simply.
Nothing else liberates us, frees up stuck energy, lightens our load as much as taking an honest look at what’s happening, seeing things clearly and speaking the truth with ease and grace.
Consciously communicating your desires, your needs, and whats truly on your heart and soul is self care.
So today, we're practicing conscious communication.
Conscious communication is a way of talking and listening that is focused on growing strong, mutually enriching relationships. It's a way of feeling the words come out of your mouth, and feeling that they emit a frequency you want to be emitting. Conscious communication is a way to let loose and let go whats inside, some trapped emotions or memories that want to be expressed.
You will more effectively communicate, when you:
-- Know what you need and want to say, and why.
-- Tap in (become conscious) of your body and to your body cues. Are you feeling closed, open, light, heavy, excited, scared?
-- Feel your heart before you speak. You can even put a hand to your heart to come back to her.
-- TRUST that "The truth shall set you free." Truth cuts through illusion. This will liberate every single relationship you have and not only set you free, but every other person in the circumstance or moment, as well.
-- Have NO ATTACHMENT to how your truth will be received. Your truth is valid. It deserves to be spoken. It deserves to be heard. We can’t control someone else’s perception, but we can give our truth a voice. Continue letting go of how you think another person you are communicating with is going to view your voice and be true to you.
-- Share your thoughts and feelings, clearly. The clearer you are in what you want to say and how you express it, the more likely you will heard or understood. Be precise. Speak what you need to speak, and don't think about how it will be received. As long as its coming from your heart, you don't need to 'try.'
-- Avoid judging, fault-finding, blaming, or attacking somebody else. Speak for your own experience.
-- Try and see if you can 'see' yourself as you talk throughout your day (or type in our case here.) Make it meditative. Really feel the words flowing out of you.
Here's what I want you to do today: speak whats on your mind.
Tell us whats up. Get vulnerable and be you.
Useful Tips...
-- Speaking your truth is a powerful way to open your throat chakra and crete free flow and health in your thyroid.
-- You can also practice opening your throat chakra and speaking your truth through SINGING! Either hum/sing your own authentic stuff, sing some songs you love, or get into some Krishna Das or Deva Premal Kirtan chanting! That's always powerful.
Plant-powered recipe of the day:
SPICY COCONUT + MANGO CHILLERS
Ingredients
2 ripe mangos, cubed
Sriracha
1 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk(mix it well)
1 tbl coconut sugar or honey, optional
Ice cube trays
Instructions
If sweetening the coconut milk, mix sugar of choice with coconut milk.
Take a spoonful at a time of the coconut milk, spooning into the individual molds.
Then toss in a couple cubes of mango with a squirt of sriracha.
Continue doing this alternating with the coconut milk, mango and sriracha till the molds are filled to the top. Play around the the ratio to your liking.
Cover and store in the freezer till frozen.
Serve and enjoy for the ultimate refreshment on a hot day, or whenever you desire!

And you have to know:
Your body DOES know best.
You've been brainwashed to believe that your body doesn't know what she needs. This is not true.
You are intelligent, and you know.
You've been brainwashed to believe that others are smarter than you when it comes to your own body and how she should move, eat, and experience life.
Sometimes, eating the right foods and feeling good in your own body is more about unlearning, than anything else.

1. Intuitive eating is not another diet
Let go of the need to control, even your intuition!
2. It has to start with whole foods
Real foods supply your body with nutrients she/he needs so that she can choose from an empowered place!
3. It adopts an abundance mindset
Restriction = feeling crazy with food = not listening to your intuition..
4. It takes time
Practice, baby!
5. You can still plan in advance
Show yourself self-care in a way that feels good to you.
6. Never count/measure
Have fun with it. Trust the timing!
7. Divine honesty
Get super real with how you feel.
8. Needs a spiritual practice
The part that most people miss.
Ask yourself:
Will this food choice help me to feel my desired feeling in this moment?
